
Katrin has been practising yoga for over 25 years. She was introduced to Iyengar yoga, shortly after having her third child, to help alleviate severe lower back pain and manage high blood pressure. She aims to share the experience of Iyengar yoga through precise instructions and guidance.
She endeavours to help every student to work to the best of their own capability to leave the class feeling more space and balance in their physical and mental body.

My classes are small and intimate—limited to 8 students in the evenings—allowing me to give each person individual attention and ensure your safety and well-being is always my primary concern.
I demonstrate each pose and then guide you into it verbally. When necessary and with your permission, I may offer manual adjustments to help you find better alignment.
Each week, I choose a particular theme or focus on addressing common patterns I have noticed, so the sequence evolves based on what the group needs. This keeps your practice fresh and responsive.
Above all, I aim to create a safe, welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment where you can begin and explore your yoga journey at your own pace.

All classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners. Props including mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided. Please arrive five to ten minutes early to settle into the space.
